There are two bonding methods for bonding linings: manual bonding and machine bonding. Machine bonding is divided into rolling bonding and flat pressing bonding.
In contrast, the effect of machine bonding is better than that of manual bonding. However, if a rolling adhesive machine is used, the fabric and the adhesive lining are easy to be misplaced. Therefore, it is best to use manual assistance. The method is to perform pseudo bonding by hand first. During pseudo bonding, the temperature of the iron should be lower than 100 ℃, the iron should be pressed gently, and the time to stay at the same position should be short, subject to the fact that the adhesive lining can be pulled down as soon as it is pulled, and then sent to the machine for bonding.
