1. Forepart
It refers to the forepart of overcoats and suits made of fine fabrics such as wool or fabrics with certain bones. Generally, the top made of light and thin fabrics does not need to be glued. The adhesion of the front part is divided into the following two cases: (1) The front part is not divided: the adhesive lining of the front should be large rather than small. (2) The front part is longitudinally divided: the front half is all lined with adhesive lining, and the rear half is only lined with adhesive lining on the upper half. The front part shall be cut slightly larger to allow for the insufficient size of the garment piece due to the thermal retraction of the adhesive lining. After the adhesive lining is completely cooled, it shall be trimmed accurately with cardboard. The lining of the front part plays a role in shaping and shape keeping of the whole garment.
2. Edge position
Refers to the placket, collarless collar, cuff, bottom edge and other parts. It plays a role in strengthening the local shape of clothing.
3. Parts
It refers to the collar, sleeve, belt, skirt and waist of trousers, bag cover, bag inlay line and other parts. Since most of the parts are composed of two layers of cloth inside, one layer of surface or one layer of lining can be glued according to the specific situation, and sometimes both sides can be glued. It should be noted that the surrounding of the glued lining should be less than about 0.4 cm of the garment piece.
4. Bag opening position
Refers to a kind of pocket whose mouth needs to be cut. The adhesive lining shall be glued to the opening on the opposite side of the fabric at the opening of the bag, and 1 cm to 5 cm, which can strengthen and keep the shape of clothing.
5. Special adhesive parts refer to the parts that are fixed with adhesive lining and tape to prevent stretching deformation. The adhesive lining pull belt is generally a thin belt 0.8-1.6 cm wide.
