Basic pasting method
Put the back of the watch cloth on the ironing table upward, spray a few drops of water first, then put the rubber surface of the cloth lining on the back of the watch cloth, and then put a piece of paper or cloth on the top (to make the bottom heat evenly and avoid damaging the cloth), and then start ironing. When ironing, adjust the temperature of the iron to high temperature without adding steam. First press the iron in the middle and then press it to the periphery in order. Turn the cloth to the front before ironing. When ironing, adjust the ironing temperature, ironing pressure and ironing time according to the material of cloth lining and table cloth.
Bonding equipment
The bonding equipment must be able to control the temperature, pressure and time during bonding. Currently, there are six kinds of bonding equipment in the world
1) Iron: suitable for single piece production and small material bonding.
2) Plate type bonding machine: it relies on the upper and lower working plates (one of which is a heating plate) to press and bond.
3) Rotary continuous bonding machine: continuous feeding, high production efficiency.
4) High frequency bonding machine: it is a new type of bonding machine. It uses microwave radiation to perform bonding processing. It can perform multi-layer bonding at a lower temperature (strong penetration ability), has a good feel and high production efficiency, and will not produce over bonding.
5) Vacuum bonding machine: use vacuum for bonding.
6) Electrostatic bonding machine: use static electricity for bonding.
In addition to iron, other equipment is suitable for mass production.
